Mentoring to the Heart of the Matter
Sovereign is offered in two stages:

An initiatory in-person ritual on the Island of Kaua'i ( Part 1 )
-
A 16-week Online Program for women from everywhere on our delicate planet, with additional physical sessions possibilities for those on the Hawaiian Islands ( Part 2 )
Both offerings complement each other but attendance to both is not mandatory.
Part 1 will be offered 3 times a year in different locations and if you cannot attend in person this time, you will have another chance at the perfect timing and location for your life.

When we come from a background of Complex-PTSD and a high score in A.C.E ( Adverse Childhood Experiences ) the creation of our heart's visions can look like 2 steps forward and 1 step back.
Working with teammates and a mature mentor who " has been there" and trail-blazed some of the pathways to FIRM WHOLENESS, will exponentially support your inner and outer Harmony, Agency and Aligned Embodiment.
Part 1:
We will meet in nature and receive the power of the elements Air, Earth, Water, Fire to renew or remember our ancient vows of Wholeness, empowering each other through witnessing, Somatic wisdom, movement (Dance and Qi Gong), sound, and ritual magic.
We will share the stories we have kept for ourselves and find power and compassion where there was shame, anger, guilt, or self- hatred.
We will claim our right to pleasure and peace, nourishment and right relationship.
This Ritual Ceremony is for you if you ever have been violated, experienced betrayed or abandonment, have found solace in promiscuity, or have lost trust in your feminine power.
Why?
Let's look at 4 of many life scenarios:
- When we have been violated at a young age, we might experience difficulties being fully grounded in the body and staying in present time. Triggers can have us freeze or find ways to escape our full presence.
It can influence our life in subtle or not-so-subtle ways, keeping us from what our hearts truly desire.
Even if our system is strong enough to remember what happened, we might not have the tools to reorganize ourselves with the memories and the gruesome information.
- When some kind of violation has happened later in life we might blame ourselves for finding ourselves in a situation of helplessness. We might reject our feminine power - our birthright to be sensual and sexual.
Making the choice to heal with other sisters and to become sovereign helps us take our power back.
- When we have been shamed for being fully embodied, we might temper our beauty and strength. We might dim our light OR throw it in the world's face in unhealthy ways.
- When we have experienced some kind of abandonment before adulthood we might not had the chance to develop our wholeness and sense of agency.
This wounded inner child can wreck havoc in our social lives and intimate relationships until we do the necessary healing work to reclaim the FIRM WHOLENESS that is our birthright.
Coming together with sisters that might have had similar experiences, guided and held with a professional, we can reclaim our innocence, fully grieve what was lost and reset our lives in the direction of power, self-love and fierce compassion.
